Havana Nights
Our 2nd annual Gala continued efforts in raising funds for the Cowichan Valley’s first Hospice House with great success! With a Havana Nights theme, attendees danced the night away with Cuban-infused entertainment, delicious Hors D Oeuvres and desserts by Chef Da Silva, this Gala was truly memorable.
The Purica Foundation would like to thank all who attended. With a special thank you to our volunteers and to all of the sponsors. This Purica Gala raised $135,000 for the Cowichan Hospice House.

The Purica Foundation is managed by a 11-person-strong committee that successfully blends a wide-range of skills and talents, including financial management, marketing, fundraising, communications, graphic design, visual arts and performing arts.
Committee members share an unwavering commitment to help others to reach their full potential and to work as a team to create positive long-lasting change in our Cowichan communities.
